Sew Royalty offers custom embroidery services, sewing and embroidery lessons, and related products for purchase both online and in person.

2. Communication & Text Messaging

By providing your contact information, including your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Sew Royalty regarding:

• Order updates

• Appointment confirmations and reminders

• Class schedules

• Occasional promotional offers or updates

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

3. Orders, Turnaround Time & Refund Policy

All custom embroidery orders require a minimum turnaround time of 3–4 weeks from the date your artwork is finalized and approved by you.

Expeditated orders (turnaround time within 5 business days) is based on availability.

All custom orders, sewing lessons, and embroidery lessons are final.
Refunds, credits, or corrections are granted solely at the discretion of Sew Royalty. By making full or partial payment for any service or product, you agree to these terms.

4. Appointments, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled at our discretion.

All appointments must be paid in full prior to service, unless other arrangements are made in writing.

We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without proper notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, and text, is the exclusive property of Sew Royalty and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sew Royalty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services or website.
