Order processing/ Turn around time
Due to the high volume of orders and COVID-19, Please allow approximately 2 - 3 business days for your order to process. All orders placed Friday - Sunday will be processed by Tuesday.
Next, your design will be sent to you for approval.
Once your design is approved we will start production. Turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks. You will be given a estimated turnaround time based on the type of order and quantity.
*Rush services are also available for an additional fee

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery usually takes about 4 - 6 Business days. You will receive your tracking number via email once the order has been processed and sent to the USPS office.
Unfortunately, we are not held responsible for any delays of order updates and delivery dates once the USPS office has your package.

Return Policy
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers. We are also not responsible for delivery issues with the shipping carrier, such as items stating they have been delivered but have not arrived.

Embroidery note: Please keep in mind that really small details do not work well for embroidery. Very small text and details will need to be removed from some designs. LESS IS MORE when it comes to embroidery designs.
